Smiling Sympathy
Grief is a part of life. We never fully heal from it, we just learn to live alongside it, in harmony. We must respect it’s power to induce tears. My recommendation – smile and hug the grieving! But resist the sweet, sympathetic tones please. There’s dopamine in it for you.

Rainbow Bridges and Other Goodbyes
Love leads and when lives end, grief rushes in and tries to take its place. I’m on a journey to keep the love alive, move forward WITH the grief. It will come along too. I will learn to cohabitate with it.
